Using this website
This site is provided by The Pool Fam to describe our services and let you request quotes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, scrape it abusively, or submit false information through our forms.
Quotes and service estimates
Pricing shown on this site (“starting at” ranges) is informational. Actual service rates are confirmed by written quote after we evaluate your pool. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Scope of services
The Pool Fam provides swimming pool cleaning and water chemistry services. Equipment repair and installation services, which under Florida law require a licensed contractor, are performed by an independent licensed repair contractor we partner with — your contract for repair work is with that licensed contractor. Any observations we share about your equipment are informational, not professional diagnoses, and referrals we make to third-party contractors are provided as a courtesy — those businesses are independent of us.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
THE POOL FAM LLC dba The Pool Fam offers two optional text messaging programs, each requiring its own separate opt-in on our forms: service messages (quote follow-ups, scheduling, and service updates about your request) and marketing messages (occasional offers and promotions). Consent to either is never a condition of purchasing any service.
- Opting out: text STOP in reply to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages of that type. Text HELP for help, or contact us at info@thepoolfam.com or (386) 273-7617.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan, and message frequency varies.
- Carrier liability: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Age requirement: by opting in you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided.
How we handle your phone number and opt-in data is described in our Privacy Policy — in short, it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Content and tools
Articles, guides, and calculators on this site are provided for general information about residential pool care. They are good-faith estimates and educational material, not professional advice for your specific situation. Always follow chemical product labels and manufacturer instructions; chemical handling is at your own risk.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and design are owned by The Pool Fam. You may share links and reasonable excerpts with attribution; wholesale copying is not permitted.
